MICROTECH manufacturing 2D MOTORIZED Tablet micron height gauges with LASER distance sensor for non-contact measuring
2D NON-contact Tablet height gauge using MICROTECH computerized measuring system (Patents US10184772, UA174949, UA126928) on Z-axis and LASER distance sensor on X-axis for non-contact measuring.
MICROTECH Tablet height gauge is moving with MOTORIZED system on Z-axis.
Measuring ranges on Z-axis 300, 600, 1000 mm (12, 24, 40 inch) with 1 micron resolution.
Customer can use LASER sensor like non-contact Touch-probe or for non-contact 2D measuring.
Measuring ranges on X-axis 4 or 20mm with 2 or 10 micron resolution.
